This revelatory research exposes a startling truth: 20% of adults over 50 harbor at least one organ aging rapidly, setting the stage for increased disease and mortality risks. The key lies in the distinct rates at which our organs age, as unveiled by the analysis of 11 vital organs in 5,678 individuals.
