Thank you for being a member of the CCO Community. We wanted to let you know that we’re excited to announce that we have created a new CCO Academy platform.

You will now have access to two platforms as part of your CCO membership:

1) Circle (CCO.ACADEMY)
This is our brand-new CCO Academy Community and Course Delivery platform. Circle will host all of our community activities, discussions, course materials, calendars, Blitzes, and more. It’s designed to be very mobile-friendly and easy to navigate, providing a seamless experience for your learning and engagement needs.

2) Xenforo (CCO.COMMUNITY)
This will now be considered our legacy community platform, where you can continue to access your content and older community discussions. Please note that Xenforo will be phased out for most functions after December 31, 2025; however, it will still be available for exam access and CEU certificate functions, beyond that date.

We suggest considering the Circle app as the primary app and the Xenforo for exam purposes only.

Next Steps...
Over the next upcoming days, you'll be receiving an email with your new Circle login. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam just in case). New instructions for logging in will be inside the email.

Note: Your current CCO.Community login will not work at Circle. A new login will be emailed.

I just went and signed into it and could not find any of MY stuff, everything was with a lock. Also, if I could give my option; I like what you have here soooo much better, I love the color blocking, lighting (not so bright), easier to navigate, overall other felt like a wash of white after being here. I am enjoying your course and teachers are GREAT! Thanks-Heidi
 
No worries HeidiR_92896 the system is slowly adding everyone one by one and if they have multiple things it will take time to populate but we can go in and push it quicker since we know you are active. I've asked the helpdesk to update your profile and message you from within Circle - stand by.
 
Oh and there is a dark mode on circle as well. And your access here will continue until the end of 2025 so you can use which ever platform you prefer but new updates will only occur on the New Academy site. Thank you for your feedback. We know change is challenging so hangout here as long as you wish but we hope you'll come to love Circle as much as we do.

That has been resolved. Please sign in again; you should have access to your courses now.
 
also question : Where on either site do I confirm my pkge purchased? I dont see the 3 practice test Ruby, Saph and Topez or the bonus class in the bundle I purchased, can you help with that?
 
The CPC exams (3) I cant find how the locate them and I am now seeing bundle instructs "Open a help desk ticket after purchase to claim your bonus" and I have not done so maybe thats why I cant find (haha) /? I rember thinking I wanted to go thru course PBC 1st to know which bonus class I wanted .
