Unanswered Screening Phone Visit the Day before Infusion, what CPT?

I have a provider that wants to call Patients and go over labs and basically do a screening and do infusion the next day. He wants to use E & M telemed codes. I don't think 99214:95, etc., is appropriate in this situation with infusion scheduled for the next day.

What would be better CPT codes to use?
