Resolved Robot assisted cystoprostatectomy

Please advise for laparoscopic Robotic Assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy we bill CPT 55899 ( with benchmark to 55821).
But if the dr performed Robot Assisted Radical Cystoprostatectomy ( dr. removed bladder and prostate) and Bilateral lymph node dissection, creation of Ileal Conduit
can we bill additional code 51999 ( with benchmark to 51595).
Can we bill both codes 55899 and 51999 . Should we attach letter of medical necessity or just the medical records to support CPT 51999.

The first thing I checked was the NCCI edits for 51999. Facility had none and Non-Facility had one: 96523 (0)
You will need to add add the special report showing MDM.
