Rheumatoid Arthritis affecting knees and fingers....
What's is the exact code for this scenario?

Documentation should include type of arthritis to ensure proper selection of category (eg., rheumatoid, feltys, juvenile rheumatoid, etc.), specific organ involvement, affected joint(s) (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hands, fingers, hip, knees, ankles, feet, or toes), laterality, and whether or not testing has identified the presence of Rheumatoid Factor (RF). As there are no bilateral code options, be sure to select the correct laterality and in case of a bilateral diagnosis, assign a code for each side affected.

M05.79 - Rheumatoid arthritis with rheumatoid factor of multiple sites without organ or systems involvement *is a possibility
