Resolved PO Drug Given in The Office Setting

Does anyone have input with being paid for a PO drug given to the patient during office visit?
For instance if the patient comes in with very high BP?

Thank you but does anyone show they are being paid for the po drugs given in the office
I have never had luck getting those paid

PO meds do not get paid. Only injection or IV.

That's what I thought but wanted to verify
The Dr ask what does other offices do and I said they don't charge for it..lol
