Not yet, hope to have one soon, its ridiculous that we now have to pay.
 
Are you enrolled in the Basic Portal Access, because that should be free.
 
Our business is able to go to Optum and pull off any EOB without paying. I am not sure what kind of feature that is to have to pay.
