CCO Admin asked:
Good evening;
I am having a hard time with reading reports and coding from it. Any tips? I think I get overwhelmed because there is so much information provided. Also; what does PSA mean?
Example: This patient has had radiation for prostate cancer. This recurred. He then had cryotherapy. His PSA is undetectable but he has significant urinary incontinence unresponsive to pharmacotherapy. External clamp devices have been unsatisfactory.
Thank you in advance.
