Hi all,
Looking at code block instruction M15-M19 & instructional notes at M15 & M19 would the following be coded:
#Generalized Arthritis, site unspec M15.9?
#Generalized Arthritis, multiple sites specified M15.0?

Osteoarthritis is a so-called mechanical condition characterized by the gradual wearing down of cartilage in the joints. Aging is the most common risk factor for osteoarthritis. Arthritis, on the other hand, is not caused by the normal wear and tear of bones.
M15-19 is for osteoarthritis

M13.80 Other specified arthritis, unspecified site
M13.89 Other specified arthritis, multiple sites
