There is an excellent book by Sheri Bernard on Risk Management published by the AMA. That is certainly a comprehensive place to start. But also searching on the web for audit tools can be particular valuable. You see what is out there-you can compare them to your program and then choose the one that fits with your needs. Using one persons tool might not be a good fit for you. So the best advise is to do an extensive internet search.
