That is a suggestion on how to do the PBC course & the MTA course together at the same time is all.
It is showing you how to start & which to do with which for example first would be The Business of Medicine then the corresponding class lecture for that PBC module would be the MTA module Introduction to Healthcare Terminology MTA-01 & so on.
