Hey Natalie,

For Question 1, you're absolutely right, the correct answer is B. I totally understand why you might lean towards C too, as the primary reason for the visit often guides our coding.But in this case the patient visits for hypertension and chronic kidney disease stage 3, ICD-10-CM guidelines presume they're related and usually instruct us to code the hypertension CKD first, followed by the CKD stage. I also made an error with the way I typed B, I included a comma after Hypertension so that might of confused you too, I apologize I am also learning as I go.

Answer 4 would be B as the integumentary section is part of the surgery section.
