The publisher can help you with that. The thing is the purchase of the textbook does not always give you access to these additional resources. The course if it is registered with the publisher then you have access. However; there are resources that come with the purchase of the book and you may have noticed a card that was included in the back of the book when you broke the seal and opened it from the shrink wrap. Sometimes they give you an encoder access etc.
