Resolved Break down of skin due to suprabubic cath

Pt comes in with a suprapubic catheter with associated skin breakdown and cellulitis. All I keep coming up with is a T code for mechanical complication of the suprapubic cath , L03.311 and I get L98.9? Also PE notates granulation tissue Association in abdomen
