Resolved Bladder Injury with Open Wound Into Cavity

Pt has bladder injury with open wound into cavity initial encounter . Would you use icd10 codes S3720XA and S31609A or S3729XA. There is fluid within the extraperitoneal region.
edited it looks like I would code S3729xA and S31609a?
