Resolved Attenuation Tear ACL

Hello, can someone please help with this case?

provider performs a medial meniscectomy and also does a ACL repair with Arthrocare tools radio frequency to repair the attenuation tear to a stable construct.
This is all the documentation given for the ACL. Was this a true repair or debridement? Is it inclusive with 29881? Or would that be unlisted code 29999? If so, which comp code should I use?
