I am copying all my notes and tabs from my 2019 buck's HCPCS Level II to my 2020 HCPCS Level II expert, and i noticed all the D codes are gone from 2020 book. Dental Procedures codes. Going for CPC certification. I purchased the book from AAPC.
 
It appears Buck's still publishes the CDT codes. The AAPC HCPCS book hasn't published CDT codes since 2011. The HCPCS book is created by CMS. The dental codes can be obtained from AMA or in a CDT manual.
