The CCO Exam Dashboard (LINK) is where you can find:

Pending exams
Completed exams (with reports and scores)
Retake exams

NOTE: You can only see your latest exam score in your results. Older exam attempts are not retained.

Where Are My Old ProProfs Exams? Do I Need to Retake Them?

Unfortunately, we were unable to transfer ProProfs exams into our new system. But don't worry, you do not need to retake old exams. We keep track of all your past exam attempts inside our private internal system. Just continue where you left off. In addition, you should also have copies of past exam results inside your email as ProProfs sends copies of all attempts to your email after exam submission.

You can pick the exam you would like to take (or retake) from the menu on the left. Then select the corresponding exam. For example, if you're looking for the FBC Chapter 07 exam, you would take the steps below to locate it...

How to Find Past Exam Scores or Retake an Exam

You can see all your exam Progress and past scores in your Exam Dashboard under your photo.

You can only retake exams or see your latest exam score in your results. NOTE: Older exam attempts are not available. Only the most recent attempt is retained.
