Do we have the updated ICD 10 CM guidelines with annotation? I have read it some where that we have new changes to it.

I am sorry Darcy. I didn't see your response.

I just purchased the ICD 10 CM blitz and the BHAT was included in my package and I did not receive access to the annotation for ICD 10 guidelines. I did not receive the decision tree for this blitz either so please look in to this for me.
