The codes for ganglioneuroma is more or less set up for body areas not organ. So you have the choice of
D36.15 for Abd. but that is in my opinion not really telling the story. because they are peripheral codes. Your other choice is to do for Other which is:
D36.7 - Benign neoplasm of other specified sites
