Resolved Presacral cyst CPT and ICD-10 done by Kraske Technique

We have a patient that had undergone a coccygectomy with excision of complex presacral cyst, this was all done by the Kraske technique. Our coding team needs help determining the correct CPT and ICD-10 code for the excision of presacral/retrorectal cyst.
