(For Home health coding) The Patient is to have their Left lung drained via Pleurx catheter by the visiting nurse, would I use the Z48.03? or the Z46.82? the guidelines are so confusing with the Z48.03
 
They are draining using a catheter not fitting or removing a catheter.
