The impression states "post-op changes left knee, see discussion"

The discussion states "Postop changes consistent with medial patellar retinaculum repair using 2 non-metallic anchors in the patella and a single large nonmetallic anchor within the medial femoral condyle. "

I was hired to code diagnoses on labs, MRIs, mammograms, etc. There are just a few things that stump me.
 
I would definitely query the physician first....
