is medial epicondyl 64718 ?

Answer:

In [64718](https://www.findacode.com/code.php?set=CPT&c=64718); the ulnar nerve is decompressed at the elbow. An incision is made along the inner aspect of the elbow over the ulnar nerve and soft tissues are dissected. The ulnar nerve is identified and any scar tissue or adhesions are dissected free of the nerve. An anterior transposition may also be performed. This involves relocating the ulnar nerve from its usual position behind the elbow to a position in front of the elbow. The nerve can be moved to a subcutaneous position beneath the skin and fat but above the muscle or it can be moved to a position under the muscle. Once the nerve is completely freed of surrounding tissue and impinging structures; the soft tissues are closed in layers.
