Can anyone tell me the what is the exact ICD 10 code for "Mixed Personality disorder with bipolar and histronic features"??
 
If I were to have this come across my desk I would code this as F60.89 Other Specified Personality Disorders, but if there is something in the encounter note that would help I would say query the practitioner
 
I agree with F60.89 and you could use the two separate codes;
F60.3Borderline personality disorder
F60.4Histrionic personality disorder
