Hello,

Is this enough information to code? Below is what I have in the A&P. How do I index this? Thanks.

I would consider this venous stasis ulcers. If your pt is DM then you can use the E11.622 code with the appropriate L code. If not then use the statis ulcer code. I87.312

ulcer is your key index word
