Lori I answered P61.3. Then deleted it, because of the wording in the ICD manual - Congenital anemia due to fetal blood loss. What confuses me is the word "fetal" in the code definition. Fetus is unborn, so can we still use it for a neonate or perinate? Please help me understand.
