Answer:
I am not sure what you mean by not allowing access. If someone does not use the correct password that was announced during the live webinar; it will not let them in. It should be noted the password is all lowercase and if they"re copying/pasting; there might be a trailing space that prevents them from accessing the certificate.
Also; the CEU is only available for 24 hours after the webinar per AAPC regulations. If it was accessed after that time; it will also prevent access.
