CCO Admin asked:
I am sitting for the CPC exam Sept 29th. How do we calculate RVUs or will I need to worry about that? I have rescheduled my exam 3 times. I have a lot of anxiety and stress over it; feeling very overwhelmed and not confident at all.
Answer:
Great news that you are sitting for your CPC. It is stressful but it sounds like you are prepared. Take as many practice exams as you can. do not forget we have the free ones under Freebies. I would take the ICD-10 one as well as the CPC. Remember the COC exam is very close to the CPC you might give it a try also. Just keep in mind that the COC is for Outpatient Facility so will have some different questions. Practice is key.

You will not have to calculate RVUs on the CPC.
