Dilatation and Curettage and NovaSure Endometrial ablation
I came up with only 58563 as everything is included in this code.

I had a bit of a hard time with how this was presented but I came up with this suggestion:
58563-78
58660- 78-59
58561-78-59
58559-78-59
56420-79-59
Do not forget modifiers for return to OR within the post-op global period for related procedures (78) and/or modifier 79 for unrelated such as Bartholins gland. This was not indicated.
