Help Gi Coders: for a Colonoscopy with APC and destruction of tissue- would you code that with 45388 for “ablation” and 45382 for “APC “?
or someone suggested 45390?

Hi Jennifer unfortunately I don’t have a medical record yet. The provider called me today and said he was removing a polyp by destruction with APC the closest CPT that makes sense to me is 45388
