Ren Lee asked:
I was looking through the index of 2018 CPT book and noticed that **page 1002 is exactly the same as page 1012**. As a result; this part of the index is out of order; alphabetically. Is it like this in other peoples book as well; or did I get a defective copy of the book?
I have attached a picture of page 1002. If you look at the heading for this page and the next; it goes from **Syncytial Virus; Respiratory** to **Shoulder; Cast/Splint**. As previously mentioned; page 1002 is the exact same copy as page 1012 in my book; but page 1012 is correctly indexed; alphabetically.

Answer by Tiffany Baca: I believe you have a defective book because on page 1002 in my 2018 book it starts with Seminal Vesicle; Vesiculography and ends with Shoulder; Cast/Splint and page 1012 looks likes yours.
