Hi again 😊

After becoming a Club Member, I couldn't access the ICD-10 CM course. I then went to open a help desk ticket. Reading FAQs first didn't solve my problem. So, I tried to open up a help desk ticket. The "SUBMIT A TICKET" link doesn't work.

Now, here I am again asking for your help.

As for the HD ticket I just checked to make sure the system is working properly & it is my HD ticket came through so not sure why you are having an issue.
