Pete Cuff asked:

When a benign lesion has dimensions 1x2x3cm;do we have to multiply or take wide length to code the lesion

Answer:

If you are trying to report lesion excisions that are reported by diameter you take the largest number. In this case 3cm. I think it would be unusual to list it that way. Most would document it 1 x 3 cm.
