Welcome to the BHAT community and the CCO Club Lisa. Scroll to the top of this page and you will see in Yellow "Open a helpdesk ticket" There is a hyperlink for you to let them know you are having trouble accessing your BHAT cave.
The information would have been in your email after you were given access.
